Yearly Easter Basket Categories making filling easy
Every year we try to stick to common items in our easter baskets. I have found doing so helps me know what to get as well as keep my purchases in check.

Book
We get the kids a book each year in their Easter Basket. Stella got early readers last month when they went on sale (and one is 44% off right now!), and I got these for Bryce and Nolan, though if we are honest they will both use the as they are working on the same learning goals and love the poppers.
Rain boots/shoes
Typically we do rain boots for their Easter Basket but Bryce didn’t need any so I went with water shoes this year. They are in “their colors” to help them identify their own (especially since Bryce and Stella are close in size and Nolan is working on this). Stella’s rainboots are from London Littles (non-commissioned link)
Swim suit
We get the kids a swim suit each year in their basket. I got the boys suits at the end of the season last year on clearance, but Bryce needed a top (2) and Stella needed a suit and a cover up.
A toy or two
The kids typically get one toy in their basket and I try to get it a learning toy.
I though this would be a fun summer toy as well as a good sensory item for Nolan, so I got one for all 3.
Categories
By sticking to these categories, it helps me make sure I have everything, I can plan and buy things on sale/clearance and quickly prepare for the bunny to come every year.
Baskets are from last year and they didn’t have green last year, I am purchasing this one in green to continue to help with my kid’d color coding.
Happy Easter
