Valentine’s Day. It’s just a day. That’s what @agloudemans keeps saying. It’s a Hallmark holiday that’s dumb. I partially agree. Then the other part says it’s important to take time aside to tell everyone you love them. Today was tough. Nolan was an emotional mess. He would not stop whining/crying. It made me cry. That set of Stella-who was either crying or rubbing my face because I was. Not one point besides sleep we’re all 4 of us in the same place at the same time. It felt like a failure of a day. But I can’t give up. They are still my kids, daddy’s still at work and we still need to figure crap out. (Not to mention the literal crap on the floor I had to clean). I kept going, kept trying new things, kept on keeping on. I got some smiles. I got some moments. I got these three kids here and even when it’s all falling apart they are the glue that keeps us together. We are really starting to grow and wanted to introduce myself.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I am Siraya- the Stay at Home ZooKeeper. My husband {Mr. ZooKeeper,} @agloudemans and I are parents to Nolan Alex {4} & Stella Rose {2} and another little one due in April. We also have 2 dogs who drive us crazy & make our lives richer at the same time. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Nolan was diagnosed with #Autism officially Jan 2017. Early interventions, home & center ABA, Speech, OT, early childhood in public school, 1:1 swimming lessons, diets/protocols, and med adjustments--We've done it all. We also work to raise our Neurotypical daughter and balance the time and support. We are excited to see what that means for our next child.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As much as I want a cohesive, beautiful feed, I find my style is better represented by photos of every day life as we live it. I want the world to see our imperfectly crazy & exciting life as one they can relate to & see themselves in. I want all moms to know their best is best. I want to teach and support moms who are trying as hard as me to make by. Recommendations, shops I love, links, etc to help streamline are also provided.
