The Beach Bag–part of the “bag series”
In this “Bag Series” you will {eventually} find
The Rain Gear Bag
The Sleep Bag
The Beach Bag
The Doggie Bag (not my job but still one we use)
The Snow Gear Bag
The Christmas Party Bag(s)
** I will be adding to the bag series at the appropriate seasons, and then adding the links to this page as well.
How we use/maintain the beach bag:

We use the beach bag at the cottage, splash pad trips, and pool trips. We keep the basics in here so we do not need to run around finding them at time to leave. This one is a little harder to keep packed just because everything is wet.
When we come home we take the whole beach bag to the laundry room, empty all that is wet (often the swim suits are added at that time). We wash and dry it all and then fold it and put it right back in the bag.

A hack I have found for the hats (because I HATE when they get smashed and I swear Alex has a knack for unintentionally smashing every hat every time) is to stack them smallest head (Bryce) to biggest head (Alex). They all hold/fill each other out and then there is essentially only one hat to move around and avoid.
In the beach bag:

- Towels for everyone
- Hats for everyone
- Sunglasses for everyone
- Water bottles (empty)
- Fan (for strollers, boats, and more!)
- Sunscreen (we are going Oxybenzone free and trying to stick to mineral sunscreens.)
- Kids: Babyganics Spray, Hello Bello
- Adults: Bare Republic Mineral Sunscreen Spray
- Bug spray (we try deet free first, only resorting to Deet when absolutely necessary): BabyGanics, Coleman
**A recent hack I found to work great is to have a small fabric lunch box to keep sunscreen, bugspray, and sunglasses in inside so they don’t fall to the bottom **
