Taylor Swift Birthday Era Party

Stella is in her 8th Era and we got a backstage pass as she celebrated. Hi, its me. Im the birthday girl, its me. From a red rope entrance, signs for themed food and activities, and the merch table, it was a fun filled day!

Invite

Purchased on ETSY as a canva file, it opened the doors to make a lot of great signs and even the back stage passes.

Signs & Passes

I used the invitation that came in Canva file and I modified it to border top and bottom (reversed) of a page and printed text on. This allowed 2 signs (half page) to fit.

For the passes, I designed them to have 1 to a page, saved as a pdf, and then printed 9 pages to a page. Make for a great ID Badge size. Once cutting the borders off, they fit well to be laminated 9 in a sheet with space between to keep a good seal. Hole punch in the top and string tied through.

• Red Rope entrance: dog leash and ratchet strap in red. Take their name, give ID, radio little brother to show them back stage.
• Hair Tinsel. WATCH THE YOUTUBE VIDEO BEFORE THE CHILDREN ARE IN A LINE
• Body Glitter. The girls loved this and was easy to do. Would suggest a mirror to see their completed look.
• Friendship Bracelets. FIGURE OUT HOW TO TIE THE BRACELETS BEFORE THEY STRING THEM BECAUSE I DONT KNOW IF WE FINISHED A SINGLE ONE SINCE THEY WERE SO HARD TO TIE
• Reading & MadLib. A collection of all our T-Swift books and a T-Swift mad libs book
• Photo Station. Tripod and a camera on timer.
