Ooh La La – Bon Anniversaire Birthday Party

Invite

I continue to make the invites in Canva. I love to be able to add a photo and then I print and send the invite to people who cannot come and add to the kid’s memory box so they can always look back on what they looked like at certain ages and what their interests were.

Outfit

Decor

The window canopy was 2 of the linked ones and I painted the red black to fit the theme better. The flowers, flower cart, bistro table, and flower cases, were my parents. We made the words Ooh La La on my LetterFolk Tile Mat (in plum).

Food

We went with the best kid friendly french food we could! Macarons, Croissants, French Fries, and French Onion Dip. The macarons come frozen but are really good and a great price!

Cake

We made the cake ourselves with a 7.5″ square pan. This is 3 layers of Strawberry (1 box) & Yellow cake (1/2 box). It took 3 tubs of frosting. Macarons on the cake were the same boxed ones above in food. To make some stand, we stuck a toothpick in them and then them into the cake. My sister in law made the decor like always!

Favors

Thank you tag made in Canva like the invite. We glued to the bags we purchase in bulk. The pens and keychains are so fun and the macaron little case makes a great trinket or even tooth fairy container.
