Quick, Easy, & Affordable Front Porch Updates

What started as rockers as an anniversary gift for Alex, morphed into a full blown porch update. Only a couple tweaks, and it looks so fresh and fun!
We love having an American flag on our front porch. To respect the flag, we make sure it unfurls itself with an unfurling kit. We also make sure it is lit with a solar uplight.
I had a lot of fun designing the little details on the porch. We still have the hearts in our windows and I kind of love them.

The wagon is old radio flyer wagon from a friend. I got the milk can (Wisconsin is the dairy state, we have these commonly as decor) and I picked it up at a rummage sale and painted it on my own. Keep an eye out at rummage sales, thrift stores and antique shops for something that speaks to your taste.
In the wagon, I used a terra-cotta pot to add height. I have a variety of pots that I loved and then have assorted succulents (we got A LOT of sun in this spot). When picking plants, know your sun and what lives in that amount of sun).

At Home has been a great source for affordable home updates, they do not have an affiliate program at this time so I do not have these items on LIKEtoKnowit, but here are links! I recently did their curbside pick up for these items and it was smooth and great process.

Hobby Lobby also does not have an affiliate program at this time so I, again, do not have these items in LIKEtoKnowit, but the link is available here.
To complete the update, we want to paint the front door. If we paint the front door (the color I want), we also need to pain the shutters. Painting has been put on hold due to finances and time to climb on the roof to do it.
