Stretch Marks?  no
Sleep: getting up for the bathroom usually once and night sweats but not too bad
Best Moment this Week: The kids (Nolan) doing so amazing at Halloween in the Park!
Miss Anything? not really
Movement: no
Food Craving? nothing really
Anything making you queasy or sick? no, doing pretty well.
Bellybutton in our out? in but barely.
Wedding Rings on or off? on
Happy or Moody most of the time? Happy but I did have a melt down.  Working to get all the oils Nolan needs in has been tough.  I decided in my hormonal stupidity I am done making the kids their same 5 meals and then eating for us separate.  They weren’t eating the dinner and I was just so tired of having to figure out how to get him oil, figure out their meals they will MAYBE eat, and just lost it.  The tears were kind of dramatic.
Looking forward to? more movement so I can be reassured things are ok.
Labor Signs? no
Anything Else? My sciatic nerve has been bothering me on and off. I have had to step back from my Barre Studio which makes me super sad but I really don’t want to hurt me or baby.  I am trying to do things from barre that don’t hurt it every now and then when I am in the living room, push ups on the stairs, etc. But the loss of barre (and the social interaction) and not moving great are sad for me–and Stella who loved going to “dance class”

I have SUCKED at cooking/preparing lunch for 1 especially nutritious enough to feed both baby and I.  It was suggested to try smoothies and it is so great.  I don’t need to think about what’s for lunch, it has almost all my food groups, and I feel like I am doing much better for baby and I.

Frozen Strawberries
OJ
Fit & Active (from Aldi) Vanilla Yogurt
Baby spinach–I have been upping my spinach in each one trying to get healthier as I go–and since the flavor and texture isn’t throwing me off, I let it get greener.
That’s it!  4 simple ingredients in the bullet until blended well!

I have also added triscuits dipped in EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) since we have it around for Nolan and Balsamic vinegar.  That adds a little extra healthy oil and whole grains too!
