- List the roles (home, work, kids, other job, etc).
- If you have a particular job every week, write it in before laminating.
- Laminate and re-use weekly.
- I recommend using a permanent marker to write info in, erase with a dry erase marker
- Write your tasks for that day under that role so you make sure all of your roles are covered in a day.
